Hello there!  Thought you might like a little background about those crazy pups…

Meet Candy, born around Christmas in 2009, I fell in love with her on line..!     I had been searching for a wee puppy in Glasgow and somehow managed to find her and she was just outside Birmingham!

After an application form, a phone interview and a home visit I fought off the competition and got her…  I knew from the first moment I saw her  that she would be mine !  I brought her home on 9th March 2010 after a long round trip to Redditch!

Meet Winnie!  (I spotted her at the Cardonald SSPCA and thought she’d been sold but they had just moved her to the other side of Glasgow in the SSPCA Hamilton branch).  Surprisingly Candy seemed okay with her when we took her in for a visit.  Winnie was already 18 months old and had been in the kennels for a few months (I was not given any details of her past).   I hadn’t spotted her name, I’d just seen a picture of her on their website so when I described her and they told me her name was Winnie I knew she’d found her forever home with me, Candy and my two cats Tigger and Roo!

She was so skinny, scared, not toilet trained and preferred being in a cage to being a basket but with a lot of love she’s become a very happy dog now.
